Integrated Crop-Livestock Farming Systems are production systems which plan the association of crops and livestock production in order to explore synergisms resulting from soil, plant, animal and atmosphere interaction.
SIPA is most popularly known as ILP (crop-livestock integration). The integrated crop-livestock farming systems have been recognized as unique options of production systems where it is possible to seek, simultaneously, production intensification and environmental sustainability.
