|The Aliança SIPA is an action that promotes cooperation between public and private sectors for fostering and encouraging the Integrated Crop-Livestock Systems (SIPA).
The Aliança SIPA is led by the Integrated Crop-Livestock Systems Research Group (GPSIPA) of Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and by Agricultural Technology Inovation Center (NITA) of Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), acknowledged as the most solid and diversified workgroups of Crop-Livestock Integration in Brazil.
There are several national and international researchers and managers joining us, such as USDA, University of California, Ohio State University, University of Queensland, INRA, INIA, Udelar, Colômbia University, CIAT and Buenos Aires University, bringing together a multidisciplinary network for research on integrated systems, well-established over the last two decades.
|Developing, in the most diverse sectors os society , a concept for food, fibers and energy production, that is in consonance to the principles of sustainable agicultural intensification, through a fund fostered by national and international, public and private companies: the Integrated Crop-Livestock Systems (SIPA) are also known as Crop-Livestock Integration.|
